To us, a cigar comprised of American-grown Broadleaf (wrapper, binder and in the filler) with additional Pennsylvania Maduro tobacco added to the filler sounds absolutely amazing. What turns a blend like that into a Camacho product is the inclusion of Corojo tobaccos that have been aged for six years in charred, empty bourbon barrels. The Camacho American Barrel-Aged is a deeply rich, thick and chewy cigar that drips with flavors of smoky oak, sweet dark sugar, dark chocolate, earth, dark fruit, spice, cherry, fresh tobacco and pepper - all of which, just like a great bourbon, linger on your palate.
