Curivari's Seleccion Privada and Seleccion Privada Maduro share the same Nicaraguan guts; the only thing that changes is the Nicaraguan Habano wrapper, which obviously goes through a deeper maturing process for the Maduro. Because of the similarities we have a shared backbone between these two cigars, and that is: hickory, sugary chocolate, caramel, cedar, vanilla, cream, peanut and pepper. The difference between the two? We find that the Seleccion Maduro delivers a bit more sweetness, notes of rich dark roast coffee, and it has a touch more nicotine that drives the strength up a few ticks from medium. Our suggestion is to buy both, these are just that good!
