Produced at EPC's Tabacalera La Alianza, the EP Carrillo New Wave Reserva swaps out the original New Wave's Connecticut wrapper with a darker and richer leaf from a higher priming, and the Nicaraguan binder for a beautiful Connecticut Broadleaf. The result is a medium body cigar that harkens back to the New Wave but gives the smoker a bit more oomph. Expect balanced and rich notes of oak, fresh heavy cream, cedar, black and white pepper and toasted almond in this incredibly tasty, wonderful cigar.
