This is what happens when La Flor Dominicana goes dark. La Nox, which translates to "night" in Latin, is a unique 6 1/2 x 50 cigar that utilizes the darkest Brazilian wrappers in the LFD vaults over a Mexican San Andres Maduro binder and Piloto and Pelo de Oro tobaccos from La Canela. Topping out at medium-to-full in strength, the idea behind the blend was to create a dark, but very smooth, cigar. Being blended by Tony Gomez of LFD - the man behind the absolutely outstanding Chapter 1 and Capitulo II cigars - we're positive LFD met their own lofty expectations.
