La Mission du L'Atelier ("the mission of the workshop") celebrates Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion, a French winery in the Pessac-Leognan region of Bordeaux, with each vitola being named after a year in which the winery was given a 100-point rating from Robert Parker. That's all well and good, but is the cigar itself going to get a 100 rating? The L'Atelier crew have blended a Mexican San Andres wrapper with Nicaraguan filler tobaccos, including the famed Sancti Spiritus leaf, to create a cigar that is their strongest yet. Judging by the component tobaccos, and knowing what the company has done with those fine leafs in the past, we feel that it won't be a stretch for numerous high-scoring awards to roll in!
