In a tribute to Mexica and its ancient Mesoamerican people, Foundation Cigars has released its brand new line known as the Olmec. The Olmec people were the first major civilization in Mexico and occupied the tropical lowlands of what is today Tabasco and Veracruz.
This cigar is made in Nicaragua by A.J. Fernandez and is a line that is regular production. The composition of the cigar begins with a dark Mexican San Andres wrapper that transition nicely into Nicaraguan binders and fillers. The Maduro edition of this cigar is simply stronger than the Claro.
