Royale is a medium-to-full-bodied cigar with loads of flavor and complexity. Initial flavors consist of sweet spice and espresso that transition to roasted almonds, leather and earthy undertones. The Royale is cloaked in a gorgeous Sumatra wrapper from Ecuador accompanied by two different binders (Connecticut Shade & Connecticut Broadleaf) and filler tobacco from Rocky Patel's proprietary farms in Condega and Esteli, Nicaragua. Royale was not only awarded a 94 Rating but was also ranked as the No. 5 cigar of 2014 by Cigar Aficionado.
