First Time Customers
Thank you, and welcome! Please note that first time orders must be shipped to your billing address. The act of successfully submitting your order does not guarantee shipment. If your submitted shipping address does not match your submitted billing address when a human has reviewed your order, your order will be held until we can contact you and/or your order will be canceled.
Substitutions
Some box purchases (as noted) ship with free 5-packs. We reserve the right to substitute free 5-packs as our inventory requires. Some purchases (as noted) ship with additional free item(s). These offers last only as long as we have the free item(s) in stock. Orders are always filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Backorder Policies
Please be aware that many high profile, hard-to-get items may be put on backorder after you have placed your order. If you need to be absolutely sure that a product is in stock before you order it please call us at (877) 81-EGARS. We are generally available between 10:00AM to 6:00PM M-F.
- All orders will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- As long as a portion of your order is in stock and amounting to $50 or more, you will be charged for that portion and those items will ship. We reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your order if it totals less than $50.
- The unshipped portion of your order, if totaling $50 or more, will be put in a backorder status and will ship as soon as it is available, typical 10-15 business days. Rest assured that your credit card will not be charged for this portion until it is ready for shipping, although as with any credit card transaction there may be a temporary hold placed on the funds by your card issuing agent.
- Any shipping charges associated with the total amount of the original order will be charged on the first shipment.
- Any subsequent shipments will not incur shipping charges. Economy (1-3 Day), Priority, or Ground shipping is used on all subsequent shipments regardless of shipping method used for first shipment.
- If Express shipping is requested for backordered items, please let us know that you accept the additional charges via email at [email protected].
Shipping Policies

First time customers must receive their first order at their billing address.

We do our best to make sure that orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will be fulfilled that day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Friday will not be fulfilled until the following Monday.

We reserve the right to choose if a standard or free rate package will ship via USPS or UPS.

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Any guarantees of order fulfillment do not assume Saturday and Sunday.

Orders shipping via USPS may not be scanned until the morning after they have been fulfilled.

Please supply a physical mailing address as UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.

UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sundays.

Overnight shipping for Saturday deliveries is available but requires extra postage. Please call to arrange.

Orders shipping to NY State do not reflect the state's variable wholesale tobacco tax rate. We will contact you to arrange payment for this amount before your order will ship.

Estimated UPS Ground Delivery Times
We ship from multiple warehouses, so shipping times may vary. Contact us for exact delivery times.
Estimated USPS Priority/1st Class Delivery Times
Delivery via USPS Priority/1st Class, while not necessarily guaranteed, typically is delivered in two to four days (Saturdays included).
Replacement Shipments
We may require a signature upon delivery in the case that we are replacing an item that was damaged in shipment or that you did not receive (after a UPS or USPS investigation has been initiated).
Additional Shipping Info.
All packages with a value over $200 will require a signature upon receipt. All packages with a value under $200 will not require a signature unless the ship-to is a commercial address. Signature requirements for packages less than $200.00 may be added at an additional charge if requested when order is placed. Humidors or other large items that require freight/commercial shipping will have an additional freight cost added to the order. We will contact you once the cost is determined.

Shipments to New York State
New York residents must pay the state's tobacco tax. This is a 75% (cigar and pipe tobacco) figure based on the WHOLESALE cost of the product being ordered. Since
this is variable and, frankly, complicated, our website DOES NOT account
for this tax when you are checking out. So, once you place your order
and we have a chance to review it, we will calculate your tax due and
contact you to arrange payment BEFORE your order will ship.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
On Alaskan and Hawaiian orders there will be no backorders held for partial orders unless additional shipping is paid as stated above. Orders that can only be partially filled will be held until the remainder of the order becomes available. The purchaser could request that they be shipped separately but each shipment would be charged freight. Please call to arrange Next Day Priority service for Alaska and Hawaii as additional charges will be incurred.
AP/AE Shipments
Military address (AP/AE) shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail using our Standard shipping rates. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine if tobacco products can be legally imported to the Country you are stationed in. If we package your order and it is refused at the Post Office we will credit your account for the order less a $10.00 handling fee. Partial order/backorder rules are the same as for regular US-based addresses.
International Orders
We accept International Orders as long as they are not restricted by USPS shipping guidelines, but unfortunately we no longer ship to Canada. Please be aware of your country's guidelines before placing your order, all of which can be supplied by your local postal service. The actual shipping cost of your order will differ from the amount stated on your initial invoice, but to reserve your desired products a shipping hold of $29.95 will be added to your order. Once a final shipping cost is determined you will be responsible for the remainder (if there is any) or we will refund you the difference of the $29.95 shipping hold (if there is any). If you would like an estimate of shipping charges before placing your order, please contact us with your shipping address and desired products.
We are not responsible for international orders after they leave our facility. Each order is insured by the USPS. This insurance does not cover any customs actions such as opening your package to charge duty, confiscating goods, or manipulating the merchandise in any way.
International shipments will not be shipped until we receive an e-mail from the recipient stating that they are aware of the Importation laws of their country with regard to Tobacco products and are prepared to pay any duties, taxes or fees associated with the importation of tobacco products.
International orders will require prepayment via Western Union. The customer assumes any additional fees associated with this transaction.
Because of FAA rules we can not include a lighter or ship lighters on international packages.
Reshipper/Carrier Service Policies
Orders shipping to a reshipper/transnational carrier service must be paid via Western Union only. We will not accept credit card payments for these orders.
